1. Voluntary Withdrawal: If the client chooses to withdraw from the service at any stage after payment.
2. Accepted Quotation with No Follow-Up: If the client has accepted our service quotation verbally, in person, or via email but later decides not to proceed without providing required documents or instructions.
3. Lack of Cooperation: If the client fails to provide necessary documents, information, or cooperation needed to proceed with the service.
4. Missed Deadlines or Insufficient Qualifications: If the client fails to meet deadlines or does not possess the required qualifications (e.g., grades, test scores, certifications) needed for a particular application.
5. Negative Outcomes from Third Parties: If a third party (e.g., university, embassy, government office, testing agency) rejects the application, states the institution is not recognized, or otherwise issues an unfavorable decision.
6. Third-Party Fees: Any application, deposit, or service fee paid directly to an external institution is the sole responsibility of the client and is not included in our service fee. These fees are strictly non-refundable.
7. No Transfer of Fees: Service fees paid to Scholars Consulting Hub LLC cannot be transferred to other individuals (e.g., family or friends) or to different services or destination countries.
8. Delays Due to External Parties: We are not liable for delays caused by embassies, educational institutions, courier companies, or any other third-party entity.
9. Outcome Uncertainty: While we do our best to provide accurate advice and support, we do not guarantee the success, approval, or positive outcome of any application submitted.
10. Rejections and Refusals: No refunds will be granted in the event of rejections, refusals, or withdrawals initiated by third-party organizations.
11. Operational Costs: Clients understand that we incur expenses in allocating staff and administrative resources to their case. Therefore, once a case is initiated, we retain the full service fee regardless of the outcome.
Third-party entities include but are not limited to: educational institutions, accommodation providers, language test centers, embassies, assessment authorities, visa centers, medical exam facilities, courier providers, translators, notaries, lawyers, immigration offices, and biometric data collection agencies. Payments made to these parties are not handled or refunded by Scholars Consulting Hub LLC.
